Hello, Ruth and Barbara,
Thank you for holding a wonderful dinner for us. That was our first time attending to a dinner in the American family. I liked the cake and potatoes, my husband liked the beef and ice cream. After the dinner, we had a nice talk. Karl’s eloquence and erudition impressed us deeply. We thought he would have graduated from politics college. And Bill was kind to us, speaking in a mild tone which made us comfortable.
And we will never forget we played UNO with our 88-year-old grandma till the midnight. When backing home, we all lost the sense of sleep. And how about you, Ruth? Did you have a good sleep that night? I hope so.
Thanks again. Wish you a nice Thanksgiving.
Best regards,
Cindy
